I have installed extra speakers to my new computer running vista home
premium. I get great sound while watching DVD but bad quality sound while
listening to CD. The sound only comes out of the front speakers in my
monitor. Can you tell me if this is normal or I haven't done something
correct? When I did the test speakers I have sound in front and back. Thank
    you

CDs are recorded in stereo and so the sound comes out the front two channels. Your sound card may or may not have an option to upmix to greater than two channels.

    cheers,
