We are a W2K3 AD shop. Our Helpdesk staff have "Account Operator"
privileges within the domain. When a user leaves the corporation the
HelpDesk delete the user account. The HelpDesk staff has no access to the
user's home directory. The "Domain Admins" group and user have Full Control
    of the home directory.

I am trying to set special permissions (Delete Subfolders and Files) on the
home directory so the HelpDesk stafff can delete the home directory of the
user ID that has been deleted, but still have no access to home directories
    of active users.

    Is this possible?

    Thanks in advance....
