startup message: the user name or password is incorrect

I have recently decided to password protect my Admin account named WocUser.
However, the result is that now at a computer start up I get the stated
error message. When I press OK button, user named Owner appears and password
is requested. As I do not know the password I then have to "switch user" to
WocUser and then log in with the password I set.
When, after login, I look on other accounts (using my Admin account
WocUser), the Owner is not there.
It seems that this hidden account has been created by the computer outfit
but I do not know how to remove it so that the startup goes straight to my
WocUser. I will have to go back to the shop if I do not find the answer but
I wondered if someone here would know the solution to this problem.
    Thanks
