What I am looking for is documentation on, instuctions or the the steps
required to migrate WINS and DHCP to a new Server and Subnet. For example.
Do I lower the lease times on the existing DHCP servers before the migration?
At what point do I activate the new DHCP servers and deactivate the old
servers? Same type of questions regrding WINS.

    I curently have 3 subnets:

    204.xxx.xxx.xxx Active
    10.55.1.xxx Active
10.55.2.xxx Active (migrating to this Subnet)

    Current WINS / DHCP Setup

NT4 DHCP Server on the 204 Subnet
W2003 DHCP Server on 10.55.1.xxx Subnet
W2000 Primary WINS on the 204 Subnet
W2000 Backup WINS on the 204 Subnet

The services listed listed above will be migrated to a primary and backup
    server on the 10.55.2.XXX subnet:

One Primary Windows 2003 server running DHCP, WINS annd Print Services.

One Backup Windows 2003 Server running DHCP, WINS annd Print Services

The current AD DC / DNS Server will be migrated to the 10.55.2.XXX subnet.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
