I am now getting very concerned I will never see my promised XP64
Technology Advancement Programe upgrade. Zomax told me that shipments of
XP64 TAP stop in 4 working days time (End August). Seeing as I have been
    on order since APRIL.

Please can you help? I cannot track the order using the tracking system,
and I cannot find any other details of my order.

    Thanks.

  3. Not really. I don't quie understand how diffucult it is to have to take 5
months to process an order. Amazon do it in a single day, and i'm sure
they get more orders in a day than Zomax has had to handle in 4 months.

They are just bungling idiots. As it is, I have pretty much resigned my
TAP order to the bin, It's never going to arrive, even thou I had
qualifying software, met all the requirements.

It will be the usual story come Sept 1st, "Sorry, we are no longer
shipping TAP orders, we have quickly made up a bullshot excuse that your
creditcard was invalid, so we can turn the problem into your problem
    rather than ours".

Microsoft, is that "Genuine Advantage" at it's best? If it is, no wonder
    people don't bother...

....and the worst joke of all is that the "Genuine Advantage" program doesn't
actually work for x64 OS's Windows machines but that's another story....
