Stop: c000021a (Fatal System Error)

    I cannot download the Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 because
    I receive this blue screen error. The Microsoft Knowledge
    Base Article 330303 references this error message and says
    to fix it install Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 - well, that
    is what I was trying to do when I received that exact
    error message. I have e-mailed Microsoft's Windows Update
    Tech Support - awaiting a reply from them. Appreciate any
    help I can get. Thanks!
