I have Citrix MetaFrame XPa 1.0 for Win2k server farm in which there are 9
XPa servers. One of them came across following core dump (blue screen of
death) when I manually restarted that server (Win2k Sp4 applied) for routine

    Stop: C000021A (Fatal System Error)
The Session Manager Initialization System process terminated unexpectedly
    with a status of 0xc000000d(0x00000000 0x00000000).

Prior to manual server restart, the server was running properly.

I have read the Microsoft Articles 317189 & 259003 which don't help too much
as they are for NT 4.0.

Any ideas to resolve the problem.
