assuming a central PC running XP media center where a central/single mp3,
divx and pictures libray is stored and 1 remote XP media center PC per room
    in a wireless network, can I use WM11 1)to watch/listen on remote PC's what's
currently playing on the central PC, ie streaming and 2)to listen/watch on
remote PC's any media content stored on the central PC? what are the
    implmentation steps)
do I need to upgrade my wifi network hardware(zyxel modem/router + zyxel
    access point/router)?

  2. I don't know the specs for your modem/router.

But the *required* (not recommended, required) Wifi speed for seamless
media streaming to more than one device is 54g, so make sure it's not
    an 802.11b device. 108mbps wouldn't hurt, either.

I'm not clear what content you're referring to as "stored" on the
    central PC which makes a difference - if it's high-def video, you'll
have a far higher data rate from the media center's hard drive, via
CPU to the network, than if it's standard PAL or NTSC video.

The remotes needn't necessarily be a PC - you can use windows media
connect and WMP10 from your media center to XBox360, which is smaller
and can use a TV instead of monitor, as well as independently play
    games or DVDs.
