I have been working with Novell servers and am switching to Windows 2003
Server with AD. I've configured my DC and File Servers and am in the process
of joining all my PC on my network to the new domain.

One thing I have discovered is that once I join the domain and reboot, the
local user security policy is overruled by the domain security policy. What
do I change in AD to allow domain users to add/remove software and make other
changes to in effect be basically admins of their PCs? I know in more
restrictive environments that this is a good thing. I don't need this level
of security and don't know how to change it.

    Thanks,
    Johnny
