It would be nice to be able to select in the print preview, an area to print.
    Perhaps by rubberbanding?

I think it's great that I can select some regions on the web page, but often
the layout does not make the area that I want to print contiguous. I would
    like to be able
to select a rectangle from the preview window and print only that (with or
    without header/footer)
