    I am running Exchange 2007. I am recieving this error when i try and sync my
    phone to my exchange server. I have an SSL certificate installed. I am sure i
    have done something wrong here because if i remove the SSL authentication i
    can sync my phone. I have already installed the certificate directly on my
    phone and it still does not work.
    I saw another post here that said that they unchecked a box under he proxy
    settings but the box was already unchecked on my phone.

    Phone = Samsung i760
    Windows Mobile 6

    This issue has been fixed i needed to reissue the SSL cert through IIS is
    somehow was switched back to the original cert that the exchange server
    installed. once i replaced the cert everything started to work just fine.
