synchronize contact info from Card Scan into MS Outlook Express

    we are trying to get info from a software called "Card Scan" into the
    address book of MS Outlook Express.
    In Card Scan there is a place to select "Data exchange" then to "
    Synchronization" and then selected the destination as Outlook express.
    Everything looks normal and showing the process is taking place and finally
    that the process has been completed,but when we go to Outlook express there
    is no data.
    The data we are working with is from business cards that we load into the
    computer using a card scanner.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Using Win XP Pro, on a P3, 512 RAM, 930 Mhz processor

    This is a Windows Media Center Edition forum. Try posting in an Outlook
    Express forum or better, check with support on the web site for the Card
    Scan software.

    Offhand, I might guess that you have more than one Outlook profile/data file
    and the software is exporting to the wrong one.
