I have downloaded music files from Spiral Frog to my computer with WMP11. I
purchased an MP3 player they recommend (Sansa Clip) for syncing music. Every
time I try to download the music files from Spiral Frog, a blue icon appears
next to the track on the list and it says "no sync rights for this track".
I've tried to sync the MP3 player with WMP11, but it still doesn't work. What
    step am I missing?

  3. I don't think the WMRM SDK link is going to be much help to him !

The approach I'd take is to delete and recreate the Sync relationship
    - in WMP under the Sync tab, you should be able to choose <device
    name> then End Sync Partnership...

If that's greyed out, then try to Set up sync... for the device (same
menu) and see if that enables the sync rights.

Your main support stopoff though. should be Spiral Frog's forums or
support email. If you say they've recommended this player somewhere,
and they are selling you these tracks, then their position is to
support the DRM so it works correctly and enables "Sync Rights" to the
    MP3 player.

I can't tell you where on their site those specific pages are, because
all pages just seem to require me to install their download manager to
view the content (even the Recommended Devices and Help pages).
