Syncing to Zen Neeon Question...

    I hooked up my Zen Neeon to my Computer and WMP10 saw the device and I than
    Sync some music to the device using WMP10 and it sync the music...

    But when I went to play the music I synced to it....It doesn't show up...

    When I go back into WMP10 it shows that its there & was synced...

    I was hoping to use my WMP10 to sync music....

    I'm I doing something wrong?...Do I need to use "only" the Zen Music Player
    App to Sync the music? Why have the sync option on WMP10 If it doesn't sync
    music that can be played back on the device?


    Please advise/explain me on what I'm doing wrong?

    From what i can understand you are not doing anything wrong as such the only
    things i can think it may be is have you installed the latest firmware onto
    your zen are these files perhaps a format the neeon cant play???
