Sysprep & Windows 2003SP1. What is going on???

    I'm having an issue with my Windows 2003SP1 standalone server. I have setup
    the Administrator profile exactly the way I want it. I have the desktop the
    way I want it. I have the startmenu (recently used programs list) the way I
    want it. Everything is perfect.

    I run sysprep and choose "reseal" and i'm loosing all the settings that I set
    in the Administrator's profile. What in the hell is going on?

    I just want to set the Administrator's profile up the way I want it and
    after Sysprep runs, the Administrator's profile stays exactly the way I set
    it.
