Message: When I drag and drop a link on the new tab bar it should open in a
new tab, not overwrite the current tab, (why would one drag a link if they
wanted to use the same tab???
Also dragging a link to a specific tab (when several are open) should open
in the tab it is dropped onto, however it always overwrites the currently
    forward tab.

Beta 3 should hopefully make changes in tab behaviour.

try putting a tick in the tab settings telling it to use existing tab and
drop your drag in a blank .open the blank first...you will find these
    settings in internet options....
