I have a small little workgroup of 5 users
    I have win 2003 server
My server is currently only a Workgroup Server I have no
other servers and I dont want to make it a domain server.

After chatting with MS Tech support about how I could get
my 5 remote users to use a database on the server, I
    purchased a 5CAL TS license...

Well heres where it gets UGLY...
So apparantly I need a domain server and A licencing
server, And my clients who have XP home need to be
    upgraded to Pro???
I am 5 Person business I dont want to fiddle with DOMAIN's
and why cant I use remote desktop on the Home edition??

So can I set up my terminal server somehow without
    incurring all these other costs???

Speed in not a requirement just a simple solution

Thank in advance for any assistance

  2. You can run the Remote Desktop client on any version of Windows:
Windows 95 right through to Windows XP Home of Professional.
