Texas Hold 'em is an 'Ultimate Extra' which are only downloadable with the
Ultimate version of Windows Vista. If you've got Ultimate check Windows
    Update in the Control Panel.

Do you have any problem with the game awarding the "pot" to a lesser hand?
When I play, it seems that the game can sometimes mix up the proper value of
Jacks versus Queens. Let me know.
