The DLL cpuinf32.dll can not be loaded

    I have read all the responses for this and agree that it is not fixable. I do not know which programs have overwritten my files therefore can not unistall them.

    This error is nasty and if any one has the answer I would be great full.

  2. No one knows who you are replying to. Have you asked Ligos/Ulead?
    Remember, it's there decoders.
