i have tried changing the URL to any possible combination i can think of. i
even tried finding the same radio station through another source. nothing
will work. i cannot provide another link because THIS IS the only link that
takes you to that specific radio station. the answer therefore that you have
given before is not very helpful. the link is
is the site having a problem? is my computer having a problem? is windows
media player having a problem? who IS the problamatic link? i had no problem
a week ago. what's wrong now?

  2. I get "Windows Media Player cannot connect to the server. The server name
might not be correct, the server might not be available, or your proxy
settings might not be correct." That means it's not a problem with WMP,
it's a problem with that site.

Experiencing same problem - have XP SP2 installed and whilst I'm unaware of
any changes (albeit - auto update running) a station I listened to three days
ago, is now unavailable (displaying same reason that you give).

What I find bemusing is the fact that it's Windows Media who provides the
link to the station - yet it doesn't work (any longer) using Windows Media

    1) has Windows provided an update that suddenly renders listening impossible
    and if so
    2) is somebody at Windows Media attending/trying to resolve

    Pleased to hear.
