What causes this? I have seen this asked before but some say it is a server
issue some say just log out and log in and it should fix it. Others say its
the handwritting. I want to know what actually causes this and if its more
than one thing thats fine but I would like to know what causes this and just
not some one saying do this or that to get it to work without saying what
    causes it. Ty.

    Hello,
    good question.
I think it's a connection problem - either the server is the reason or the
client. But I don't know either - I have the problem sometimes and a
re-login does not fix it. Then, five, ten or thirty minutes later,
    delivering works perfectly again.

But let's wait what the MVPs say ;).

    Greetings,

  3. Greetings,

Sometimes it's a server issue related to offline messaging, sometimes the switchboard
servers, and sometimes due to the handwriting bug.

With the exception of the latter, there usually isn't anything you can do about it (although
    the log off/on works sometimes).

I've done my share at yelling at the screen wanting it to a send a message.
