There's a bug when switching windows using the quick tabs feature

  1. When switching windows using the quick tabs feature, the focus doesn't "stay"
on the page but goes to the adress bar what results in a somewhat frustrating
bug. When the user is seeing a site, then uses qswitch to check on another
one, and next thing uses the mouse wheel to scroll the web page down, the
page doesn't scroll as expected. Please change the focus to the page. I've
selected a page not the url for the page.

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Open IE7 Public Beta 2 Preview (build 5296)
    2. view a site (www.msn.com)
    3. open a new tab (use ctrl + t or the mouse)
    4. view a site (www.microsoft.com/ie)
    5. use the quick switch feature to select the first tab
    6. try to use the mouse wheel to scroll

    Expected behaviour:

    It should scroll as expected

I'm using windows xp sp2 and IE7 build 5296 as in the public beta2 preview
