Tooltip window does not disappear sometimes

    The tooltip window appearing when hovering the mouse cursor on Favorites menu
    sometimes does not disappear at all even when closing the Internet Explorer
    main window. This tooltip window becomes "topmost", and moreover when trying
    to exit the user session the message box appears saying the program Internet
    Explorer does not handle the system requests.
