I am trying to set up a trace log on a standard Server 2003 build with
SP1. I can specify the log but it will not start.

    The system reports an error...

"The myTraceLog or alert has not started. Refresh the log or alert list
to view current status, or see the application event log for any errors.

The application event log shows Warning Events 2014 only...

"Unable to start the trace session for the myTraceLog trace log
configuration. The Kernel trace provider and some application trace
providers require Administrator privileges in order to collect data.
Use the Run As option in the configuration application to log under an
Administrator account for these providers. System error code returned
    is in the data."

The system error code returned is...

    "0000: 05 00 00 00"

I am logged on with the Built In Administrator account. The account is
a member of the Built In Administrators group.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
