Is there a way to backup and transfer all my windows mobile contacts to
    iPhone diretly?

Yes, iPhone can sync Outlook contacts with iTunes. So you can backup your
windows mobile contacts into Outlook, Outlook Express, or Windows Mail for
Vista users first, then sync them to your new iPhone using iTunes.

    Tools you'll need:
    1. iMobileTool Contacts Backup to transfer contactsto Outlook or Outlook
    Express.
    2. ActiveSync to copy the contacts backup file to computer.
    3. iTunes loaded on your computer (free from Apple) to sync contacts to
    iPhone.

Step by step guide on how to backup and transfer windows mobile contacts
to Outlook and then sync to iPhone:
