Trusted site using Internet zone security settings?

I have a website (gamespot.com) in my trusted sites list, however whenever I
go to that site it seems to use the security settings from the Internet zone
instead of the trusted zone. It was working ok before I updated to Internet
Explorer 7. My internet zone settings have scripting set to prompt, while
the trusted zone has scripting set to enable. If I temporarilty re-enable
scripting in the Internet zone, then the gamespot site stops prompting me to
    run scripts.

Other sites in my trusted list still work ok (they don't prompt me to run a
script). I can add new sites to my trusted list and they work ok. When I go
to gamespot.com it displays "Trusted sites" at the bottom of my browser, but
it appears to be using the settings from my Internet zone instead.

If it actually is treating gamespot.com as a trusted site, then it would
mean that another site is the source of the script prompt. Is there any way
to find out what site is the source of "Do you want to allow scripts to run?"
prompts? If it is not another site causing it, then why would just
gamespot.com be not working in my trusted sites list in IE7?
