Try to send email but goes into Outbox

    Hi Friends,

    I have had the same account in Windows Mail and Comcast.
    Recently, I tried to open a second account through Windows Mail.
    But even though I entered the correct servers, etc., this second account
    never worked.
    In addition, the first account stopped working too.
    I can't send or receive email.
    Every email I try to send goes into Outbox.
    Please send me your suggestions.

  2. When you try to send, and it won't go, there usually is an
    error message. If so, right-click on the error message, copy,
    then paste it into a reply here. There are diagnostic codes
    in the error message that will help us troubleshoot the problem.

    Outgoing mail is supposed to go into the Outbox, but then quickly go on to
    the outgoing mail server.

    You may be missing the port number change that Comcast has started
    requiring for its users, but has been rather poor at telling users about in
    advance.
