I have my computer connected via VGA cable to my 32" Olevia 232V through a
Geforce 6600. When I watch live TV, it goes into letterbox. I tried to put
the TV into non-widescreen resolutions, but I cannot get it to go to
fullscreen. I really do not want to set my TV to 4:3 in order to have live
TV in full screen. Thank you.

If you are using a NTSC tuner then all of the incoming video is in 4:3, SD
    480i resolution.
What resolution are you outputing to your TV in? If you have an HD tuner you
    should probably output in 720p
Do you also have a PC monitor? If yes what resolution is your PC desktop
    set to?

Your display has a native resolution of 1366x768 so you could set your
display to 1360x768 to see if that takes care of some your problem. Some
digital content will be 4:3 which if you prefer to watch zoomed you access
by hitting the "more info" button on the remote to select the style zoom you
want to use. Also I'm not sure on your model Olevia but the one I have has
better results using the DVI input, which in your case would require a DVI
to HDMI cable. If you want to try the HDMI input you might want to price the
cable from Mono Price to save money as the big box stores charge 6 times as
much for the same style cable.
