Tweaks to better tackle RPC over high latency links?

    Hi everybody!
I hope Win2k3 R2 brought about even better improvements for AD inter-site
replication over links with high latency (like more than 700ms to 2500 ms).

In any case is there any regedit edits/modifications to timeout, packet
sizes or buffers parameters that we could tweak to better chances of RPC
based replication over such high latency links?

I tried to search for materials on this on the Net but most don't deal with
this in specific details. Is synchronous RPC based replication that undoable
with link latencies between 700 to 2500 ms?

Many thanks for any quick pointers.

    Cheers!
    Mic.
