I believe that this has some locked features that you get only if you pay?
    or am I mistaken?

    Hi Tiberius,

Yes, you have to pay for the full version with all the features. Onl
    the basic version is free.

    Hi Mikeyhsd

Well, if the author has a bad attitude then I just don't know the
about the program. We'll just have to wait and see until they have
    release that's not a Beta

many people have reported problems with it.
also there is nothing useful in the free version. you have to buy the upgrade to get anything useful.

and the author has a bad attitude.

Not exactly true--runs fine for many. Maybe even most.
Not exactly true--consolidates many settings/tweaks into one 'control panel'
so no need to navigate around trying to remember where those settings can be
    changed within Vista.

Never had a problem with the authors' attitude.
