Two sets of folders

When I blundered into WLM for XP, I liked it immediately. But, I probably
didn't set it up correctly. Now I see that I have two sets of Drafts, Sent
Items, and Deleted items folders. I mainly use the ones under 'Tom's Email'
but I also have them under Storage Folders. I suspect it has something to do
with what I previously had in OE.

I would like to delete the ones in the Storage Folders but I don't see any
    simple
way (right-click>delete) to do that. I guess I could do it from the windows
    Explorer in the Folder view.

    C:\Documents and Settings\Tom\Local Settings\Application
    Data\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail\Storage Folders

    Any problem with that?

    Any advice is appreciated.

The Drafts and Sent items folders under Storage folders are used for
newsgroup postings. The Deleted items folder under Storage folders
is used for items deleted under Storage folders. You can't get rid
of them, but you can hide them: [View >] Layout > Folder pane > Show
    storage folders.

Don't do anything with files and folders in the file system - you'll
foul up the database and give yourself lots of headaches. Do all
your file manipulation in the program's user interface.

I use the Drafts folder under Storage folder for safekeeping
answers/instructions which may be useful for future references.
