channels were found ok and can be viewed ok but 'no data available' in guide.
have tried 'add guide listings to channel' but the new channels do not
appear to have a guide listing :-(

is this just a corruption or have they yet to add these new channels?

    Thanks

By all accounts they have yet to add the data for the channels. Please log the
fault through the official Microsoft web page but don't expect a reply or even
    any action. http://www.microsoft.com/uk/windowsxp/mediacenter/epg.aspx Make sure
that you log the problem from your MCE system so all the correct data gets
    uploaded to Microsoft.

I already did that.. and had a feeling i would not get a response from them
hence this posting.. I thought it strange that no-one else has raised this
issue.. at least i can use the radio times and do a manual recording for the
    time being :)

    Thanks

If you have a look in microsoft.public.uk.windows.mediacenter you will see
at least three other reports confirming this is a national [UK] problem
(obviously the Guide data provider is currently asleep). I am currently
having to 'manually' program times for recordings - how quaint!
