Unable to add a new user useing the add user wizard.

    Error meassage returned when new user function requested is:

    the required organizational units do not exist and are required by the
    wizard. Run small Business server sertup again and reinstall the
    adiministration component.

    I have already installed 5 new users useing the advanced mangaement active
    directory new user and computers but the other wizard is not working

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Do the "MyBusiness" -> "Users" -> "SBSUsers" OUs exist?

    Sorry I am new to windows 2003 Where do I find this "MyBusiness" -> "Users"
    -> "SBSUsers" and what are OUs

    Start -> Administrative Tools -> Active Directory Users and Computers

    Expand out the item with your domain name on it.

    Under it there should be a folderish item called "MyBusiness". Under That
    should be a a folder called "Users", and then one called "SBS Users".

    Do they exist?

    Hi Matt.

    I found Active Directory Users and Computers and exspanded out the item
    with the domain name but MyBusiness was not listed?

    The list of folders are:-

    Buitin
    computers
    domain controlers
    Forigensercirtyprincables
    powertec (domain name again)
    users
