I can't connect to 3 2003 servers via Terminal Services Manager, I receive
the error "Unable to authenticate to this server" These are clustered servers
as well, we used to be able too, but one day this changed and now we can't.
Any ideas or thoughts would be great.
    Thanks

Have a look at your Terminal Services Configuration console for one of the
servers you are experiencing problems with.

Under Connections you will see an "RDP-TCP" connection in the right hand pane.

View the properties for this connection and look at "Encryption Level" on
    the General tab.

Chances are this is set to a higher level than the client is set to
    communicate at.

Set it to Client Compatible and try to RDP to the server again.

    Hope this helps,
