Unable to Delete a PTR Record

    Hi there,
    I have a DNS server running on Windows 2003 machine which is also a domain
    controller.
    In the reverse lookup zone, I have a PTR 10.0.0.23 pointing to
    oldhost.mydomain.com
    I could delete this record, but whenever I click "Reload", this record comes
    back immediately.

    The oldhost.mydomain.com was a Linux machine, and was not in the Windows
    domain. I don't use this machine anymore.
    Any idea about this issue would be appreciated.
