We have a user that logs on to our Windows 2003 Terminal Server. She has a
problem and I need to delete her user profile and let the server create a new
    one.

When I right click My Computer (on the server) and click Properties,
Advanced and then settings under User Profiles I can find the user but the
Delete option is greyed out. The uiser is not logged in and does not shown in
    Terminal Services Manager.

Will only a server restart fix this?

  3. Instead of deleting the corrupt profile, you could force
the server to create a new profile under a different name,
    by changing this value:
    HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList\...
Locate her current profile name, then change it to something
slightly different. I haven't tried this lately but I expect it to work.

Do you mean I change the value under ProfileImagePath to a different username?

  5. This is not a user name but rather the name for the profile
folder. And yes, you need to change it to something
    slightly different.
