I've brought an album and 22 tracks have download but can't seem to continue
with the other 22 tracks (double album!) my connection goes down quite a lot
but when ever I reconnected before it just continued with the download... but
now it's not doing anything. I've clicked recover so many times now - lost
count! I've sent an email to support but it will take 24 hours for a
response. anyone had this trouble as well?
I've tried buying four other single tracks but it says it's added to a
download schedule but credit doesn't lower and there is nothing listed
anywhere... I've spent money but not getting what I paid for... think I'll
    stick to buying physical albums!
    any suggestions would be
    gratefully received. Thank you

Which online store? Not that it probably matters; it is almost for sure a
problem with their site. You really will be better off to abandon thoughts
of buying music online and buying physical CDs for several reasons:

    1. You have the CD and, should you lose the files, you can re-rip the CD
even without being dependent on some online store's web site working.

    2. There is no protection on the ripped files and no licensing issues with
making a copy for your own use.

    3. The quality of the audio for CDs is hugely better than compressed audio
    files from any online store.

    4. CDs look great on a shelf. Online store receipts are pretty lame.

This was my first (and last) time downloading music rather than buying a
physical album! too much hassle... I've also tried transferring the tracks to
my MP3 player and it says I don't have rights but the MSN Music UK site says
I can transfer this album to any device!!! it's taken hours and I've got now
where. no response to my email sent to their support service ... ok it's a
bank holiday but I'm not impressed. I think I prefer buying stuff I can touch
