Unable to download Word 2002 and Publisher 2002 updates

Unable to download Microsoft Word 2002 update (KB950243) and Microsoft
Publisher 2002 update (KB950129).
I had the same problem a couple of months ago, and the responder gave me two
web sites so I could download each update separately, and that solved the
problem.
May I have them again, please? Thanks,

Both of these websites flipped me back to my Windows Update program (which
didn't allow me to download them in the first place!). What worked last time
(same problem and same updates) was a link so that I could download them
separately. Thank you
