Application has codec from PowerDVD application and DVD plays on all other
media players that we downloaded however not with Windows Media Player. Also,
I've updated all drivers for the video card - nothing seems to work (even
    downloaded VLC and K-lite codecs).

When I load a DVD into Media Player (all versions tested so far 9, 10, 11)
and open to play, I only hear audio no video. The thing that bothers me is
that when I go to File - Permissions - Media type is only audio - no video?

    Any thoughts?!?!

Maybe that has to do with why you are getting only audio and "seeing" no
    video.
