Unable to Resend Email Messages

    Hi, I have a SBS 2003 client with 10 users using Windows XP SP2 and Outlook
    2003. Two of the users have a problem when attempting to resend an email
    message; they get the message "You do not have the permission to send the
    message on behalf of the specified user". To get around this they have to use
    the 'From' field and re-enter the account. None of the other users have this
    problem and all users have the same domain rights.

    Any ideason where to look to resolve without using the 'From' field?

    How is the delegation setup for those users?

  3. Not sure, but I think this is an Outlook profile issue. I know I've seen it
    before, but cannot remember what the cause or solution was - other than it
    wasn't hard to fix.

    In case I remember correctly, and as it's totally non-destructive; delete
    the users mail profile in Outlook, and then follow the wizard to re-create
