We recently upgraded a client from SBS2000 to SBS2003 and since then we have
    the following problem.

We set users accounts to Passwords Never Expire and Users Cannot Change
Password. The thing is that after about 30 mins, the Users Cannot Change
password is deselected again. Is this a know issue? Or could it be triggered
somewhere by Group Policy?? I am lost on this one

Apologies - I don't have an answer for you, but for my own personal
knowledge enhancement, and just plain old curious, why on earth wouldn't you
want your users to be able to change their passwords???

I mean for security purposes etc... sspecially if you are going to be
running OWA and RWW, isn't having them change their password regularly a
    good thing ????

    Hi James,

You will need to use the Group Policy Management Console to configure the
    settings that you want.

    Kind regards,
