    1. Configure keyboard to use Bulgarian and English layout.
    2. Configure switch between layouts: Ctrl + Shift
    3. Go to any page where input information is necessary (tabs for filling)
    4. try to switch from one keboard layout to another by pressing Ctrl + Shift
    It doesn't work.
    5. Using mouse, poit to language tab and change language - it's work.
    5. Open Firefox or Netscape and go to the same page, try to switch keyboard
    layout - everything works fine.

It seems that IE7 Beta was not tested in situation when changing
keyboard layout to another language is required.

Do you guys really think that everyone in the world are only using English ?

I can switch between Polish, Spanish and English with no problem. Spanish
    (mañana) Polish (piątek)

And I do this just by hitting ALT + SHIFT with no problem

maybe the main problem is control+shift
why not stick with the default setting left alt+shift?
control+shift mey be intercepted by IE as one of it's own hotkeys
