Unable to Synch some .WMV with ZEN Vision

    I’m unable to synch some .wmv files with my new ZEN Vision PMP. Using WMP 10.
    The only .wmv files I am having problems with is Technet and MSDN Webcasts,
    which is curious and frustrating since I purchased the ZEN after it was
    advertised as a drawing give-away for a recent SQL 2005 Technet Webcast
    series. Any help in resolving this issue would be appreciated.

    The following is cut from the properties of one of the WMV files that
    will not download to my Zen Vision:

    *Windows Media Audio 9 Voice
    8 kbps, 8 kHz, mono*
    **
    *Windows Media Video 9 Screen*
    **
    The following is cut from the Error Details text of the Windows Media
    Player error message:

    *The profile's media types must match the media types defined for the
    session.*
