Unable to view printer properties, unable to add printer to Printer Management

    Problem #1: Logged on as Adminstrator; Open 'Server Management'; Select
    'Printers'; select 'Add a Printer.' Can either browse to a printer on the
    Network or select a locally installed printer and go through all of the
    steps to add the printer. No matter what I choose, the printer will not
    show up in the list.

    Problem #2: Select 'Start' then 'Printers and Faxes.' From here I select a
    printer and right click and select 'Properties.' Nothing happens. No dialog
    box comes up, nothing.

    I have stopped and started the print spooler, re-installed the latest
    printer drivers from the manufacturer all to no avail.

    Any ideas?

    I replied earlier but didn't see the response. There were no errors.

    Everything worked fine up until about a month ago. The server has been up
    for close to two years without trouble.

    So, yes, it used to work fine.
