uninstalling IE8 Beta 2

    That's a crappy analogy, PA Bear.

    It would be more like buying tires for the car and having them installed.
    Then when you see that you don't like the tires, you find out that they were
    welded on per Company policy and can't be removed and you got to replace half
    the car to get rid of them.

    Seeing that one cannot try out the product before hand, I maintain that it
    is Microsoft's fault for not providing a way out.

    I just "rolled IE 8 Beta 2 back" without any trouble. I used TOOLS> Windows
    Update>View Update History>scrolled down to the Beta 2 install> right clicked
    and there was the uninstal option so went ahead. It takes quite a while and
    loooks like nothing is hapening (watch the drive light) and then you are
    asked to restart and it takes more time on the restart but finally it worked
    just fine.
