Update KB951748 has loaded 14 times and not working

    Update KB951748 has loaded 14 times on my computer. It says that the update
    is successful and that the computer needs to be shutdown for the update to
    take effect. I have done this over and over (14 times) and the update still
    shows up as needing to be done. HELP!!!!
