I have been having problem updating Update ofr Windows Vista (KB932246) and
Update for Windows Mail Junk E-mail Filter (KB905866).

I have no idea what was different this time but they managed to get
installed. These two updates require a reboot and I must have tried this 10
times or so (also following info from MS to delete certain folders). This
last time I did do a SafeMode on the reboot but could not access
WindowsUpdate just to look to see what if anything had been installed.

At any rate, those two updates were installed. Two thoughts go through my
mind - MS changed something about those updates or even though my copy of
Vista is legitimate, MS only now 'knows' that I am legitimate.

If I have any more more problems I'll be back. The only update that didn't
work was the Update for Windows Media Format 11 for Windows Vista
(KB929399). I'm not going to lose any sleep over this. I feel good that
those other two managed to get updated.

    Later ... DH
