We have outgrown SBS 2003 and need to upgrade. Will I have to pretty much
start over with a new domain or will the migration be easier than I am
expecting? I remember many years back when I set the server up that I
couldn't have another domain controller on the network. Please advise. I
would prefer to decommission this server.

    Thank you for you assistance.

Outgrown in terms of the number of users or the number user workstations?

SBS has no restrictions on the number of domain controllers in the SBS
    domain.

Perhaps respond with what the current capacity issue is and what kind of
    'migration' you are considering.
