    Hello;
    I am in the process of upgrading our servers from svr 2k to svr 2k3 and have
    some questions about this.
    The upgrade process is going to a new box and the old box will be retired.
    (hardware problems).
    I have one server I have upgraded already to svr2k3, SQL2k5,iis,sharepoint
    services, dymanics.
    The svr in question (old svr) is running svr2k,exchange 2k,dc,dns,dhcp,ad.
    I have heard it is best to not to have exchange 2k3 on the DC. I am now
    thinking the my sql svr will host the DC,DNS,DHCP. Is this a good idea? Will
    there be any problems running DC,DNS,DHCP on with SQL,IIS,Sharepoint?

    should I transfers the DC to the sql box first before doing the exchange move?
    I have heard the there are problems with dcpromo the old box with exchange
    still running on it. Can DC still run on both 2k3 and 2k with no problems or
    should I wait till the end of the exchange move to transfer DC to the sql box?

    An idea on the the steps on doing what first would be greatly helpful.

    Thanks for time. Blaine
