When I try to upgrade from XP to Vista the installation hangs at "Completing
Upgrade". The result cause me to cold boot and have the installation
rollback to XP. Any ideas on how to get around this?

Posting replies is sometimes difficult on this site. I responded once so
    forgive the repeat.
Same thing happened to me. I was in a panic and "rolled" back to XP.
However, I tried again and this time I walked away at that point and came
back 1/2 hour later and Voila! It completed.. In other words, try it again
    and give it time....

I have another problem, I can't get it to upgrade from XP Pro to Vista, The
upgrade feature is disabled and I only have the option to do a clean install

You have to run the Setup program within XP to get that option. It only
works for 32-bit Vista. 64-bit must be a clean install.
